You posted this in the Ellipsis 8 space - the Ellipsis is an Android OS device and does not use the Windows OS.
If you are asking about Windows 10 on your computer, and the pop ups giving you an option - that's entirely up to you. I have updated my laptop, and it seems to have gone smoothly.
If you have a Windows phone, your question would get better response in the Windows phone space where those with Windows phones (who are likely more informed than I!) can answer.
