This 10 does not load candy crush jelly properly, its supposed to load portrait only and its loading in landscape

Had elipsis7 and candy crush jelly loaded fine on it. Now on the 10 it loads landscape mode only and the game is formatted to play in portrait. And yes I changed my setting to go either way and yes I contacted the game techs. Please advise.
