Seems to me a non functioning USB as far as connecting card reader or to computer is a software issue not a tablet issue. That being said several times on this sight alone somebody from Verizon would address the problem instead of letting people get [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] and upset about their product that they SELL and recommend I guess like any other corporation the bigger they get the less they care about the people that made them.
