When will I get the KitKat update?

Was wondering if anyone else is still running 4.2.2 on their Ellipsis 7 tablet and are still waiting to update to 4.4?

My tablet is currently at version MV7A_31D26_422, and the Help App is at version 2.0.

My wife's tablet was updated and I still get "Your tablet is up to date" when ever I check for new updates.

Try calling Verizon on the phone but did not get much of an answer except for the you still have to keep waiting for it.

Any input?
