The Clock app is pre-installed and can't be removed, so it should be in your apps.  Could you have possibly disabled it by mistake?  Settings > Application Manager > swipe the screen over to the Disabled tab (at the top of the screen) and see if the Clock app is there and if so, tap it and then tap Enable.
