Why does my Ellipsis 10 replacement shuts down all the time?

The first one I bought after six months started doing this and optimizing apps upon rebooting the device at times too. After one year, the screen froze. I tried turned it off and turn it on but it wouldn't turn on. So I tried to charge it but still didn't work. The device got really hot and wouldn't charge or turn on ever again. So I was sent a replacement. Now this replacement turns off all the time and I just got it. Been almost two weeks and I'm experiencing trouble from the replacement. This is so frustrating. What to do? I won't be buying another  Ellipsis ever again
