You can't directly dial a tablet or other data only device and have the call completed.

LUVSAN862,

I can absolutely see where this would be a little confusing. Your tablet is assigned a phone number for billing purposes. But since it is a tablet, and not a phone, it does not have the ability to be used as a phone. So when you call it and hear a busy tone, that is normal for that to happen.
