My Ellipis 8 battery goes dead even when the device is turned off. Does anyone know what is using the battery life and how to fix?
PS The Verizon website is quite difficult to use (maybe on purpose?) and I feel lucky to have found this choice for tech support. I'll keep looking.
Mine does this as well.Good luck with getting an answer, I've been unable to get an answer with my problem, and will probably just go into the store to see if they can give me answer.

Being able to use your tablet without any concerns is certainly important. I want your device to work properly at all times. When did this issue begin? Does this happen when you do something in particular (ie use of apps, browsing the internet, listening to musc)? Please keep us posted.
