Why do I get a flashing black box when I attempt an email? Also, why does this tablet freeze up so much? This is an upgrade but I like my older version better.
We want you to send an email with ease and not have any freezing issues with your tablet Mardem27. Are you able to post a picture of the flashing black box? Which email is having problems and do you have this issue with other email accounts? When does your device freeze?
