I was forced to reset tablet to factory status. Now when I am trying to restart, it does the Wi-Fi, Hotmail set up, then goes to "Checking connection" and is stuck there! what is going on??
I am disappointed to hear this. Is it prompting you to sign in to Wi-Fi? Is it providing an error message at any point? Have you tried to turn the tablet off/on?
