DO NOT TRUST PROTECTION PLANS. I'm Extremely disappointed in Verizon for charging me $17 per month for two years just to f me over. My back glass is cracked (easily the most fragile part of the phone) as well as my camera and it's not being covered by my protection plan. Apparently, only the front of the phone is covered. For all this money I've been paying, I feel completely sc-am-ed (they won't let me spell the word in my post) The only option is to pay over $200 to replace my phone. My trust in Verizon has gone down the drain.
