My phone was stolen and I need it in order to do my day to day job.
It is crippling my ability to perform my job without a phone. Asurion has stated that my phone is on back order and may be available in the next 3-5 days.
I've even let them know that I'm willing to take another device, however they've said that none qualify as an even trade with the Note.
I cannot wait this long, it will cost me my job. I've been a customer with you for nearly 20 years, can you please offer some sort of support? Otherwise I think my family and I will be forced to take our business elsewhere.
