Tonight I tried to change my insurance from account level coverage at 50 dollar plan to individual device plan for 7.25. I was told I could not change my device insurance until "open enrollment". After looking into the open enrollment, I felt that didn't apply at all In this situation.
I see no where in my contract that I can't switch my insurance at any time that I like!!
