I’m enrolled in the mobile protect plan for 3-10 devices. My iPhone 13 Pro is the only phone that is having an issue. 

If I open the Digital Secure App, it does not have the full functionality of the “premium user”. It shows that I am listed as a “basic user”. 

I have deleted the app, restarted the phone, re-downloaded and it still does not update or activate the full control over the app.

Can someone advise me on how to get the app to recognize that I have this full service enrolled and activated on my account?
