Need asurion replacement iphone receipt

Need to upgrade my iphone but cannot erase it.

No more hope of icloud password reset, tried everything but they never sent email/text.

Verizon doesn’t accept phone with find-my-iphone enabled, and also cannot help with receipt.

Apple doesn’t restore it without that document.

The phone is asurion replacement, but i’ve got only the 1st iphone’s receipt.

How can I get the asurion device’s ownership proof document?
