Just switched to Verizon from another carrier. Of course I added the Total Mobile Protection for my new phone. On my Verizon app it’s reflecting that I have the service, however I downloaded the “Tech Coach” app and it’s saying I don’t have any device protection.
Does the Tech Coach take a couple days to reflect my mobile protection? Should I contact Verizon to make sure I have it?

Making sure your phones are protected is a big deal. We don't want you to have to worry about that device protection. We can check on the status of that. I sent you a private message. Please respond when you're able so we can fully assist you.
