How do I get rid of tech coach?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
Tech Coach is part of an optional package that you can remove at any time. Simply call CS (800-922-0204 or *611 from your cell phone), choose option 4 (Other) and then say "Agent" at the voice prompt. When you get connected to alive person, say you want to cancel Total Mobile Protection. The charge, and the Coach will be gone from that point forward. You may have one final partial month on your next bill for the days of the current bill cycle that the coverage was active.
It's not worth the hassle of changing providers over, IMO. Just cancel it.
It looks like Tech Coach is part pf the Total Mobile Protection, so to "get rid of it", you'd need to cancel total Mobile protection, and reduce your insurance option to Total Equipment coverage. If there are features of the Total Mobile Coverage that you like other than the Coach, can you simply not use the Tech Coach? It looks to be part of the bundle, not a separate option.
Hi lakerdave,
Looks like you need some help! Tech coach is an awesome feature to have on your account and it is bundled with the Total Mobile Protection which covers this: http://vz.to/1ybwifl . See here on all the benefits Tech Coach can offer: http://vz.to/1zbFoZq. If you choose not to keep it you may go here:http://vz.to/1KCpMBB to remove it, but I highly would recommend keeping it!

I've been wasting $7.00 a month on this for months, and it doesn't come with replacement coverage. This has caused me to start looking at other providers. Complete rip off!
