1,000 trade in credit

I upgraded my four iPhones 13s to iPhone 16 and turned my phones in to a Verizon corporate store.  We PCS'd from Florida to Colorado and I wanted to surprise the family with new phones.  Now I am on my third visit to the store and they are telling I won't get full credit.  And my promotion credit adjustment won't be approved.  Who can I call at corporate to look into this.

Hi Duvalljd, you can find the private notes on the top right hand corner, its an envelope shape.

In case you haven't found it yet, private messages are sent via this community platform and can be accessed by clicking/tapping on the envelope icon at the top right of any Community Page. When a new message arrives, a number will appear on the envelope.
