I got my phone trade in and plan back in October, and as of my current bill for January through February there has still not been any trade in credits applied. And this is just after coming off of them charging me for the wrong phone plan and blaming me for it. I very much am not happy with Verizon so far and was wondering how to fix this?
Same. 6 agents and 10 hours of my life I’ll never get back later, still no resolve. I am canelling my service at the end of this period. I’d rather pay off the phone and be done then ever deal with this again.
