So I spoke with verizon and told if I preorder phone I want I will get 800 dollar credit on new phone. I see many people this has not happened. Is it worth the hassle of even trying to get the 800 dollar credit? Exactly where does the 800 dollar credit go? Do they charge you less for new phone or what? Very confusing. Also if I go on Verizon today says only give me 400 dollar credit but Verizon publishes 800 dollar credit until Feb 16th.If they want your business they should follow the promotion they have stated till Feb 16th. Verizon store is horrible in Rochester, stand in line for 2 hours and the service customers are not helpful.
