I have someone's trade in device information on my own Verizon account. I have chatted and talked with Verizon costumer representatives several times, but they could not give me reasonable response. All they said was "ignore it", we are gonna check it", " oh! This is serious. We are gonna investigate it."; however nothing has changed.
