Does anyone know who to contact outside of the verizon customer service to escalate a complaint and have an issue resolved? 

I upgraded my phones today (12/17/2022) and ordered two new iphone 14 pro max's for store pick up. I also added a new line for an apple watch series 7... THESE WERE CHRISTMAS GIFTS. I received order confirmation. I then received a message at 2:45pm that I would receive another message when my order was ready for pick up... AT 3:42PM THE SAME DAY I receive an email stating my order was CANCELLED DUE TO NOT PICKING UP MY ORDER. My order was cancelled within an hour and I didn't even get any notification that it was ready for pick up!!! Now the system is saying I can't upgrade/process refunds for at least 72 hours!!! Completely ruined my final Christmas gifting for the family. 

This is the SECOND time Verizon has dropped the ball on my upgrade order. I am about to the point of switching services! This is the absolute worst customer service experience ive had.
