I am trying to trade in my old phone for credit. I can navigate to the shipping label under My Orders, but when I click on the Print button nothing happens. I tried to take a screen shot of the label, thinking that might be a workaround that I could print, but "this app does not allow screenshots." I have only a few days left to return my trade-in for credit.

Sw525, we want to make sure that you're able to submit your trade-in on time. To confirm, do you run into the same issue when signing in to the site vzw.com instead of the app?

I am unable to log in to the site. I tried to reset my password, but it asked for my zip code and is telling me it doesn't match.

"Redeeming" a shipping label? The form letter isn't quite working here, methinks... BTW why isn't there some means for CS to be able to obtain a shipping label and send it to customers (either via email or by PM in the forums)? This would certainly get around the many, many problems with former customers not being able to get them.
I don't know why the OP can't login to My Verizon anymore, unless they decided to disconnect service entirely instead of trading in their device. If they have indeed left, then sadly there's no way to access a disconnected account in my experience. If they are still a Verizon customer, it must be some kind of glitch. Would suggest using a computer to try to login and/or clear the browser cache completely.

Since you can access the label in your account, hopefully someone with Verizon can do the same and send you the label via PM or email. At least you aren't one of the people who disconnected service and can't get into their account anymore. The only other thing I can think of for now is to use a different device to photograph the label, then print out the picture.
Oh, Verizon...why must it be so difficult to return equipment to you? There are huge discussions about this in the forums. Can't you make it so we can return Verizon equipment at a corporate store or something like that?
