Cancel credits

You start with Verizon and it’s only good for like a couple of months and after that they start charging you more and more, they canceled my trade in credits because  I wanted a more affordable plan, basically stole my money, I had lots of credit left, I’m getting tired of Verizon at this point, thinking of switching.

Hey there, IceFlo, we definitely understand how important it is for you to receive your trade-in credit! What plan did you have previously? Can you let me know when your plan was changed? Are you open to updating your plan in order to get your trade-in credits added back?

Same thing happened. They advised the autopay credit was being canceled, so I changed plans- then they tell me my trade in credit is being canceled on two lines. How is the trade in credit attached to a plan? They have the phone- I could have sold it for more than the trade in value. This is ridiculous and I honestly don't see how it should be legal.... but somewhere in the legal fine print I am sure they covered their legal butts  and made it "legal" to stop paying for the device they took possession of. Same with paying it off early and losing the credit.
