Hi everyone has anyone else had an issue with upgrades? I upgraded my phone sent the old phone back and they still out a charge in my bill of $499.99!!! I asked and called so many times to have this removed and al they say is it’s a process totally unacceptable! The agent confirmed they received my device and I still got several texts that said they were going to changes me! Seriously the customer service executives needs to know this process and now I will never upgrade again also contemplating to switch service.
