In November 2022 I believed Costco when they relayed FREE iphone 14 or 14 Pro when upgrading to the 5G plan that would only bump my plan by $10 mth. That was NOT true.  A myriad of lies occured soon after. 

-upon pickup I had to pay $70 each phone in taxes at the register

-upon trade-in I was only credited $700 when the new phones cost $1000 so the difference paid is $300 NOT including the tax, credited only $20 per mth for 36 mths

-my bill went up $55 per month

-I can't get my old Loyalty plan back 

-upon calling customer service I found out my Teacher discount was never applied this ENTIRE year and they won't credit it,  and it was relayed that it's my fault that I didn't renew. I've been a member for 25 years and have NEVER had to renew annually. 

-the manager Judy D that I spoke with on 12.14 at 5:36pm was BEYOND rude and didn't address any issue above. 

-I reached out to Verizon Wireless on DM and no response

 

After 25 years...Time for T-mobile!

Same issue, can not trade iPhone in unless I upgrade my plan from 35$ a month to 65$ a month and the offers only apply to ONE line.  I can not afford to increase my bill, just wanted to trade in my phone and get the new phone.  What craziness. I too have had a discount they took off and won’t credit for being a teacher! I  have been a loyal customer for 21 years and moving to a new provider.
