I signed up for 5 new lines with Verizon. Transferred them over from T-mobile. Did not bring our own devices, but were provided new devices for each line!!! They said 60 days for the Verizon $200 gift cards, which we recieved. They said 90 days for the Costco $250 gift cards.
I've had to deal with 10 individuals, 10 Verizon Customer Service Reps. No resolutions!!! Every time it's an escalation. Every time you had to remind them exactly why you're calling. This has seriously made me contemplate shooting myself at one point from the mere frustration of dealing with liars. It's $250 Costco gift card per line. Not $100, not $200. It was the promotion that was displayed and approved. Open a new line with Verizon and receive the $250 after 90 days period. The small print said 1 - 3 business days. This is ridiculous! I need someone to contact me immediately! I need resolution.

Check the Announcements section of the forums for the Costco rebate thread. It has the email address from which the rebate originates, and apparently some people have had it go to their junk/spam folder. This promotion is run through Costco from what I've read elsewhere, and the 90 day thing is an exclusion period where they don't even work on issuing the rebate because it's a return window thing. Once the "return window" has passed, it can take up to 14 weeks for them to issue the rebate. Super slow, yes, but that's on Costco.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
