Hello,
I traded in my phone to Verizon for an upgrade and have nothing but issues with my bill since. Verizon has acknowledged having my phone, but will not give me credit which they had promised (Phone was perfectly fine, should have just kept this phone). I am being overcharged, have called several times, have been told it was fixed, bill was changed, then reverts back to the incorrect bill. This has been going on for six months. Every time I ask for a manager, I am either told they will call me back (and they do not) or the representative says they are all managers?!?
I will write a letter to the corporate office, as clearly there is no mechanism to hear customer complaints from Verizon. I am losing trust and faith in Verizon more and more.
