Verizon has THE most soul crushing, insanity inducing, god- awful customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I have United Healthcare, so that’s really saying something!
They offer promotions & trade-ins but somehow can’t manage to process ANY of it correctly. Each of the dozens of representatives I’ve spoken to over the past month has been very polite, but completely incompetent. I still do not have the phone they promised me. They’ve had to cancel the order three times because the rep couldn’t properly place the order.
How can a multi-billion dollar MOBILE PHONE company be unable to deliver a MOBILE PHONE to one of their customers? It’s mind-boggling.
