I have been a Verizon customer for 9 years and still having issues with Verizon. I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro max in perfect working condition and it was assessed at a Trade-in credit of $830 which Verizon said would be to me over a period of 36 months. But currently my company wants to switch my account to a corporate account and I cannot stay with the current promotion plan. Due to this, Verizon said I would lose my Trade-in credit. so Verizon took my iPhone 13 Pro Max in perfect working condition and now trying not to give me any money for that and also want me to pay out the entire cost of my iPhone 15 . That is so unfair.
