I sent in a working device that was suppose to give me store credit of $180 and was told device was not turning on when infact I traded it in because of how bad the battery was on those devices due to it taking long period of time to charge and the charge not lasting very long. They said they wonโt give me my store credit but also wonโt send me my device back in return. Wierd how they wonโt accept devices in-store so they can do this to people. Smart I guess. Customer service lady said they wonโt risk thier company for just $180 of mine but multiply that by thousands of others, some even up to 800 in store credit and we are talking about ALOT of money. Anyways I will be putting an end to my 9 lines with them unfortunately. DONโT SIGN ANYTHING THATS HAS TO DO WITH TRADE IN DEVICES WITH THEM!! Because if they say itโs not working you signed and there is nothing you can doโฆ just sell your devices elsewhere save yourself the trouble!
