I had no clue what these Victra stores are. I stupidly didn’t look at the receipt before paying. I upgraded my phone and hundreds of dollars of fees I didn’t agree too were added, without realizing this isn’t a corporate Verizon store. I’m a long time customer, can I get refunded for charges I didn’t agree to? I show on the receipt it’s non refundable.
