The community chat was not helpful so I went into the store. After upgrading I simply needed to trade in for the same model with more storage . Happy to pay the difference. Apparently that’s impossible even within the 30 days of purchase so huge warning ! Buyer Beware! The closest store he suggested I could go to was in Brooklyn….. I live in NJ. They would not authorize for the store to send the phone to a store closer to me or mail it to me to make up for their mishap.They do not carry any pros within the store as soon as a new phone comes out all old models are discontinued so, if you have a phone that is overheating or having storage issues they will immediately upcharge you for a newer model since the do not carry the older phone in store. Mind you I BOUGHT THIS PHONE LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO. There were multiple in store attendants who tried to help but they could not finish the process without customer service. Even they were upset with them. They hung up TWICE after having me on hold for 40 mins- 2hrs. Even the store attendants are overwhelmed. They basically let me know to just switch carriers. I have phones with other companies for work.
