How do I contact and get HELP from Executive Leadership team. I want them to review the notes on my account understand the concern, call me and discuss further to resolve the issue.
I have tried reaching out to the executive leadership team via the portal but to no avail.

For the awareness of community members, I would like to state that my account is well documented (as confirmed by various Verizon representatives from different departments as well as the Verizon corporate store [3 different stores] representatives). However, despite it being a legitimate request, the company is currently unwilling to honor the documentation in my account.
