Final Notice: Verizon Failure to Honor Promotional Agreement

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to escalate my ongoing issue with Verizon regarding your promotional offer to pay off my devices when switching carriers. Despite fulfilling all requirements — including submitting both phones, providing my AT&T bill, IMEI numbers, serial numbers, and confirmation from Apple that both devices are 256GB — Verizon has failed to honor the promotion. Instead, I have experienced: • False claims that my devices were only 128GB (refuted by Apple directly). • Being hung up on and called a liar by representatives. • Repeated runaround with no resolution. • Promised 5G service that has never been delivered — I’ve been on LTE since day one. This constitutes breach of contract. Verizon advertised specific terms and benefits, I performed my obligations under those terms, and Verizon has failed to uphold its side of the agreement. In addition, Verizon’s misrepresentation of both the devices and the service provided constitutes deceptive and unfair trade practices. I am demanding: 1. Immediate application of the promotional payoff as originally agreed. 2. Correction of Verizon’s records to reflect the actual 256GB devices submitted. 3. Written confirmation of resolution and restitution within 10 business days.

Is there someone I can work with I have screen shots of the devices I traded in that has the info that proves the storage of the devices?

You have a valid concern about a promotion not being applied, and if you haven't been having any success getting a resolution directly, need to try an outside source to help you.  However, 5G isn't available everywhere on Verizon - it's mostly a midsize and larger city thing.

I understand my experience has been the worse I’ve ever had. I’m not naive about 5G availability in different spaces and places. It just the treatment that I’ve been experiencing which intensifies my negative experience.
