Free iPhone promotion was not granted , I’m a new customer that just ported from straight talk and I’m on the mid tier ultimate plan spent four hours while at work just getting it to connect to the celll tower with customer service , trade in is iPhone 11 working condition and been to two Verizon stores to trade in phone and they will only give me 100 dolllars , they said something about some bring your own device promo on my account that’s a 300 dollar promotion, when the ad clear says free iPhone 15 pro free with any iPhone any condition yet no Verizon store will take it , so how to I cancel this account going forward because Verizon clearly isn’t going to help make it right

Yes I purchased it online at first the sales rep told me it was free for being a new customer and bringing my own phone number than it changed to I need to trade the iPhone in , so I went to two different Verizon’s stores in two different towns and was told that you put some bring your own device promotion on my account which when we looked it up only came to 300 where as the trade it is supposed to be around 800 dollars , so mind you I’ve had to deal with customer service for 4 hours while I’m at my JOB just to get the iPhone 15 pro working on the cell towers and now you’re only giving me 300 credit instead of the 800 credit and neither store was allowed to take my trade in because of some bring your own device promo , Verizon isn’t going to make it right at this point I’m really just in awe of how horrible the customer service is at Verizon and I’ve only been a customer for a couple of weeks , I will be calling customer service to send this phone back Monday if this isn’t resolved
