Why does Verizon executive office refuse to honor exactly what the agent told the customer via telephone when the agent offered a trade in and fee iPhone? The call was recorded, they confirmed they heard everything, but still refuse to honor the agent's statements. You don't do this to consumers!!!!

Not true. I have an 835 credit and lived in my house 23 years and they wouldn't verify me.
