Need to ship in my Gizmo watch as a trade in for an Apple watch.
Is doing the Gizmo factory hard reset (4 x back button while on charger) sufficient or is there something else I need to do?
Sales guy made it sound like there would be some charge to my account if it wasn't sufficiently wiped.
Steve176, a full hard reset would be sufficient for wiping data prior to turning in your device. Were you able to do so successfully?
