How do I reach a manger

How do I speak to a supervisor or manager?  I traded in an ipone 7 on Nov 11, 2024 when I signed up for personal service through verizon.  The person at the store who helped me didn't have me power on my iphone or have me disable find my iphone, he didn't even mention it while I was in the store.  Later that night I received a text from him that he forgot to do this while I was there and I would have to remotely do this.  I did it and let him know.  I heard back from him later that it didn't work on his end and I had to fix it on my end or not get the trade in credit (over $800).  I went back to the store and another person stated the same thing.  He could see on my phone the phone was no longer showing up and the iphone 7 trade in was now disabled.  He gave me the phone back, because it was disabled for an hour.  I then chatted online with several people who told me the trade in credit was still being applied and wasn't an issue.  I then was notified again that I needed to fix the issue or I wouldn't be given credit.  I then called in and spoke to a live person who told me the phone was on the way to the warehouse (I still have the phone) and I was given credit and he 100% guaranteed me I would be given the credit.  I wasn't given the credit and am now being charged for the whole price of the phone.  I called in again and the agent was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service who yelled at me, told me this is what I get for getting an iphone, not an android and just argued with me.  I told him I was hanging up and would seek other help.  I found this forum and am hoping to get help through here.

Yes I did but the agent gave it back to me after I went back to the store the 2nd time because it was disabled and unable to do anything for a 1 hour countdown.  That is when I contacted an agent through the chat and they said it was fine, I was given credit and then spoke to someone on the phone who told  me the same thing.  I still have the phone.  I am very frustrated.

I'm very sorry someone gave you wrong information. If the trade in was never completed.We would not be able to assist with a trade in credit.  -Joe

But I did trade in the phone.  They gave it back to me at a later due to not having it unconnected while I am in the store which I later read is verizon's policy.  I now have a phone that I can no longer do anything with since the procedure to disassociate the phone from my account wasn't followed.  I then some spoke to other's trying to fix this situation and I was told I would get the trade in and now I am being told I can't get it?  How can I speak to a manager to go through everything?

If you still have the original phone, we do have the option to do a new trade in and get a discount for it, but without it being returned to us at the time of the purchase we can't guarantee that the discount will match a promotion that was active at the time. I did trade the device and have paperwork showing that.  The agent then made me take the phone back (which yes I still have) and the trade in value was revoked.  I am just trying to find someone to help me without going back to the original store I had so many issues with.
