I went to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro for a value of $800 and my credit has still not been applied to my phone balance . I am currently paying the regular amount for and IPhone 13 Pro Max !!! Im almost half way done with the payments, they had also fixed my payments for $5 a month for that trade in and. Yet the credit was never applied! After I get my credit to pay off the phone I will not go back to Verizon!
We never want to see you leave us @Haileeg01. We would be happy to review your account and see whats going on with the trade in. You mentioned a $5 credit. Are you able to review your bill? Are you seeing the price of the iPhone 13 marked down to $5? If so, that would be your credit. The credit is spread out over the device payment argreement length.-Joe
