On 1/18/2024, I received this promotional email:
I had three active, paid off Samsung phones on my account to trade in, an S9+ & two S9s. So, I pre-ordered 3 replacements, two S24 Ultras & an S24+, and sent the old phones in for trade-in credit. I received the 3 new phones, when they were released at the end of January, no problem.
On 2/5/2024, I received three emails. There was one email for each of the three phones that I had sent in for credit
On 2/29/2024, I noticed that the promotional credit had not been applied to my billing. At that time, I chatted with a Verizon Representative online to request a promotional credit adjustment. She assured me that one would be submitted on my behalf. It's been over a month since that chat, and over two months since my trade ins have been assessed, and nothing has changed. I have not received any promotional trade in credit, as of yet (4/8/2024), on any of my bills. I'm not sure who to contact next. Thanks for any help that you can give me!

The links that you guys keep sending me expire by the time I can use them.
Of course you have my permission to access my account. That is why I have taken the time to write a very self-explanatory, detailed letter here of my situation. So, that you can access & fix my account. Thanks so much!
