Lost trade in

Getting very frustrated that Verizon lost 3 trade in phones on our account over a year ago and keep giving us the run around on them. Supposedly the phones never got scanned in at the warehouse but the store we gave them to had the tracking information that shows they got sent back.  I’ve called customer service multiple times and the last time I spoke with them they said they see the warehouse did receive our phones and we would be receiving our credits but guess that was false as our newest bill didn’t have any credits on it. I just wish there was someone above customer service that I could get ahold of to get this resolved. It’s been a long 15 months of dealing with this.
