Approximately a year ago we traded in 2 Iphone 12s, and upgraded to 14 pros. We were told we get an $800 trade in credit per line. In reviewing our account, I noticed that it is not listed anywhere, and now we are stuck with the full $1100 per phone. Extremely disappointed that that is happening. I also noticed that it is a common issue according to some of the chat forums. Anyone have luck getting this resolved?

I had a same issue. Talk to Verizon agent more then 6hours they told me is trade in department make the decision for the final trade value. They just had my good condition phone for free and let me stuck on the new line with 3 years contract for that line I have to pay $77 per month.

I have the same issue. I purchased a new phone and agreed to the trade for offer of $1000 for my old phone. I mailed in my old phone the next month but after a couple months, no trade in credit was on my statement. I then called customer service and confirmed the receipt of my old phone, and they assured me the problem would be resolved in the next 2 Bills. I called back several times over the next 6 months getting the same answer. Then in January 2024, I was told that the store I purchased the phone from had to resolve the issue. I contacted the store in January 2024, and was assured that it would be fixed but no credit was on Feb bill. I contacted them again in late February 2024 and was assured again that it would be fixed but once again there was credit on the March bill.
