Missing trade in?

So I traded in my phone, sent it in the given bag and the box. Sent thru IPS that says it was delivered to Texas on February 14th. Still getting emails and texts that I’m in the last week to send in my device or lose my trade in value… the Verizon tracker still shows initiated. Anyone have any clue what I can do to be sure I’m not going to lose my trade in value? Would think Verizon tracker would at least show shipped or something. I used their provided label to send back.

Hello there! Thank you so much for reaching out. I wouldn't worry about it to much as long as you sent the device off and you have the tracking number to prove it. We will make sure it gets to us. It can take 3-4 days after getting to warehouse to process, as we get around 80k phones  a day. If not we are here 24/7 for you can will support you during this time.
