Verizon never gave me my $800 credit on a new line I added. Verizon owes me $800 for trade in phones and now they are charging me full price for another phone that was a promotion. I have called and spoke with customer service and I have went to the store where I traded and purchased my new phones. They showed me where they added it to my account and also confirmed, as did customer service, that I never received any credits and am being charged full price.
