My trade-in device has been delivered but status shows that it has not been shipped.

I shipped my trade-in device via the UPS shipping label provided. I checked the UPS tracking, which shows it was delivered and left at the dock. My status on my Verizon account shows it still hasn't shipped. How long does it take for Verizon to update the status of the trade-in?

Thank you for reaching out to us today. It can take up to 2 bill cycles for the credits to appear on the bill once the device is recieved at the warehouse.

That is not responsive to the question.  Why isn't your trade in tracker acknowledging the return has shipped and been delivered when UPS indicates it has been delivered?  You are asking customers to pretty much send cash, in some cases a couple of thousand dollars worth of cash with dire consequences if the return is not made by a date certain.  If the tracker doesn't work, take it down, it is misleading and creates a false impression that there will be feedback available every step of the way.  To now advise customers after they have trusted your process to wait a couple of billing cycles for an assurance that the trade in credit will be applied is not acceptable.  Do better.
