Need help returning old devices for IPhone Promotion

I need help returning 2 old devices that qualified for a promo. After purchasing/upgrading to 2 new devices, I received 2 UPS return labels and one return envelope in the same package. I need to make sure I am returning the old devices correctly to ensure I receive my full applied credits for my new phones. Please provide assistance.

You need to ship the 2 phones back in 2 separate packages, each with their own UPS label. At least Verizon gave you 2 return labels, but you'll have to get another box for the 2nd phone. If the envelope they gave you isn't padded, I'd use a better box for the 1st phone too. It's important that all trade-ins have their own tracking number and that the devices are sufficiently protected inside the packaging so they're not damaged in shipment (which would bring down the value of the trade-in).
Keep tabs on all the tracking numbers and any other pertinent information related to the trade-ins in case there's any problems later.
