Never received $800 promo credit

Hello,
I visited a verizon rep at a Best Buy in February and took part in their promotion (trade in any galaxy phone, upgrade a line to unlimited plus, and get $800 credit if buying an S25+). The rep said he didn't have the S25+ in store, but I can pick it up at an actual verizon store and I can turn in my old phone there too. He said when I turn my old phone in, I would only receive $26.50 in credit, but to let him know and he would request for the adjustment to $800. I did all that and he failed to get me my credit, so he contacted his manager, then they had me speak to a rep to confirm everything, and I was told the credit would apply "soon." The credit never applied, I spoke to the Best Buy rep multiple times after, was connected to more reps on the phone, and was promised the credits would apply "soon." It's been two billing periods and still nothing and now the Best Buy rep is ghosting me. I do have a screenshot of the BB promotion, but I don't know if that would help with anything.
Hopefully I can get some resolution to this.
