"I switched from one provider to Verizon. Verizon approved trade in credit during phone call in September... I mailed and they received my phones in September... I have messages from Verizon confirming along with tracking info that phones were received. Its December and still no credit...

I have the same issue. i have been escalating my issue for 5 months now. Each time, someone opens a ticket, but nothing gets resolved. Lost over $1,500 because they never applied 2 of my trade-ins.
