I tried upgrading my device and I was told to pay my current device off. Well I did, I spent 240 dollars, chose the color I wanted, was told I was getting 800 dollars for my current device, even confirmed the trade in. Then I get told that I have a spending limit and they need a down payment. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not how you conduct business.
